If you feel ‘wired but tired’, but no amount of rest helps? Then this course is for you! If you ever feel anxious, overwhelmed, on the path to burn out - or just need some tools to build resilience and manage stress.

WHAT IS IT?

A 4 week online programme to explore yoga therapy techniques that can support a more regulated nervous system, and help you to build resilience so that you can get back to balance more quickly the next time you’re feeling out of sorts.

WHAT it isn’t!

This isn’t about fixing anything, it’s totally normal to feel anxious sometimes as part of the human experience (cheers evolution!). My aim for this course is to help you to understand yourself better so that you recognise the triggers, and use the techniques from the Yoga Therapy Toolbox we’ll build together to reset your nervous system when you want to get back to balance.

what’s included

  • x4 weekly 75 minute live workshop via Zoom (Plus the recordings the following day available for 7 days) These will include pranayama (breathwork), meditation, asana (postures), as well as some insight into the yoga models and how these relate to your wellbeing

  • x4 short meditation audio files, one for each week

  • Weekly journal prompts or reflections

  • PDF workbook for a deeper understanding of the philosophy, physiology and research behind why these ancient practices work. Plus a toole to refer back to whenever you need to.

  • Invite to a shared facebook group to receive the meditations, journal prompts, get daily support from me, and if called to share your experiences through the month.

  • 10% off your first 5 1:1 yoga therapy sessions with me if you decide to dive deeper into the practice (1 initial and 4 follow up sessions to be booked together, total £283.50 saving £31.50)

    When is it?

    This course is running for 4 weeks in June 2026 - feel better by Summer!

    Session 1 - 7pm Tuesday 2nd June

    Session 2 - 7pm Tuesday 9th June

    Session 3 - 7pm Tuesday 16th June

    Session 4 - 7pm Tuesday 23rd June

    how much?

    £75pp. I know private yoga sessions can add up financially so this is a more accessible way you can experience the transformative way yoga can improve your quality of life as well as your physical and mental wellbeing.

    All of this separately would cost at least £150pp, so by investing in yourself you’re also saving 50%!

    What do I need?

    Not much! Internet and a screen, a private space to practice, some comfy clothes, a pillow/cushion, and if it’s your thing a pen and journal.
